HOW TO LODGE AN INSOLVENCY FILING
A registered insolvency practitioner will be able to file insolvency notices against entities that are registered on the MYCO registry. Once you log in to your online account you will land on a client account dashboard. You then have to search for the entity that you wish to file an insolvency notice against. On the entity profile, click 'New Filings' and select 'INS - Insolvency Filings' as the category, there you will see all the available insolvency notices you can file.
During the completetion of the insolvency notice, you will be required to enter in the Insolvency Practitioner (IP) registration number. The system will validate this number to ensure that the IP is "Active" and that the account you are logged in as has authority over the IP. If either of these checks fail, you will see the message "This is not valid". If the number is valid, the IP details will be automatically pulled from the insolvency register as read-only.
